Reading from left to right-Frank Buck, Lou Costello, Clyde Beatty and Bud Abbott. Looks like a publicity photo for their film.
They are jackpotting on the set of AFRICA SCREAMS, a Nassour Studios film of 1949. This B picture was long after Abbott & Costello’s glamour days at Universal. Co-stars were the scintillating Hillary Brooke, Shemp Howard, Joe Besser (both of whom had turns in The Three Stooges films), the fighting Baer brothers, Max and Buddy, assorted natives, and a Hollywood backlot gorilla. Edward Nassour produced, and Charles Barton directed.
