Zippo (Ted Tutwiler) was one of the clowns when I clowned with GLC in 1976. He graduated from the Ringling Clown College in 1971. I believe he also worked with Big John Strong and Culpepper-Meriweather. He died in 2009 in a motorcycle crash.
