I believe the person on the left is Fred Logan? To his right is Buckles. Please make a comment. I think that this photo was taken in the mid to late 1950’s.
I just got an email from Don Covington. The man on the left is William Woodcock Sr. Thanks Don.

I think that is Buckles father, William Woodcock.
This is definitely a photo of William Woodcock, Sr and his son, William Woodcock, Jr., known by one and all as “Buckles”
