The Ortons

I believe that the Orton’s came from an old circus family. I know of their name, but never met nor work with any of the family other than Tex Orton who may be related to them. All of the Orton photos came from Doug Price. This gentlemen gave me permission to put them on the circus blog. Many thanks Doug.

I truly appreciate how Tex Orton let you post about the Orton Bros Circus. I enjoy learning about the circus as they are my family. Gracie Orton is my great great grandmother who was an aerialist in the circus. My great grandmother Norma and her sister Dixie were some of the last people alive whom were involved in the circus. I’m truly blessed to have such a cool family history and I cant wait to learn more about it.
