Both Murry Hill and Shorty Troy were very good friends with our family. Thanks Kim for the photo and information. I hope others will comment on this post.

Hello Ivan,
Was just checking back here to see if there was anyone else who knew anything more about Cobby’s time in the Circus.
Do you personally remember Murray with Cobby or Beenie/other Chimps? If so what year (s) do you think it may have been?
Thankx
Kim
I was on Howard Suesz’s Clyde Bros. Circus, and we were closing the season in Hammond, Indiana, on November 30, 1975, when word came that Jimmy Troy had died as a result of his fall. He always worked very high, and for me, his most thrilling feature was a balanced chair that he threw away on a back swing. We all thought this was the fatal moment for Jimmy. I was travelling with Mimi Zerbini, and we were on our way back to Sarasota, but our next stop was Wichita, Kansas, where she bought a new Chevy pickup and house trailer from nobody else but our Blog Master, Ivan M. Henry. This memory was sparked by seeing Jimmy Troy’s name again. Although I knew Murray Hill, I regret I can offer no further history on Cobby.
