I believe that Lentini was a resident of Miami, but he often visited his friends Al and Jeanie Tomaini in their place in Gibsonton, Florida, staying in one of the tourist cabins on the grounds. Legend says that when Al and Jeanie opened the business they had not decided on a name for the business and Lentini suggested “The Giant’s Camp” and thus named the restaurant, marina, and tourist cabins (that day’s version of the forthcoming “motel”.) The Giant’s Camp became known world-wide.
According to American Sideshow by Marc Hartzman, the other pictured in the photograph with Albert-Alberta was billed as a “younger brother” becoming a younger sister, tag line being “The only boy able to nurse a baby boy.” Bobby Reynolds claimed that while Albert-Alberta’s’s breast was fake, the “younger brother”‘s were real. I haven’t even able to find a name though!
