I am sure that as soon as Diana could walk she was practicing for the act. I am also sure that he made it fun to learn. Thats the way Don was.

The first time I did perform in the act i even got paid,it was 50 cents .keep in mind it was I was three and it was a long time ago,so it went a long way.
They were on circus hiatus when Diana learned to walk, but at the start of her career, she was blessed with a baptism in the real Mudshow experience.
One of the favorite family stories, is that while they were performing, they’d have to tie my baby walker to something, to keep me from rolling on stage. A vote was taken to make baby wardrobe for me, after I managed one day get the knot free. I was only stopped by the drummer deftly stomping on my trailing rope, while he continued to play their music. Seeing as I couldn’t quite walk yet, my big trick was sitting upright and styling. Hey, you gotta start somewhere!
