In 1953 the Siebrand Brothers Circus performed at the Twin Falls County Fair, in Filer Idaho. One of the performers was Sir Oliver Boliver, one of the clowns, England’s gift to American on his ‘roly-boly’. From old newspaper cutline in Buhl Herald
