Ivan,
I cannot be 100% positive but I have never seen this wagon on the John Robinson Show. It is commonly referred to as the Toby Tyler cage as it was in the Toby Tyler movie. It is now at Circus World Museum and has been green with silver carvings for years.
There are several photos around that show it plain without the carvings as it has never been exactly determined who or where or when the carvings were applied.
