Sam B. Dill Circus Stock Semi 1932

Another mystery photo… I believe that the truck under the semi is a Mack.
A great comment from John Herriott.
I want to thank those that though their comments are keeping our circus history alive and correct…… IVAN M.HENRY

This no doubt an animal-stock trailer. Most likely an elephant. Dill only had one lephant over the years and his circus was sold and would become “Tom Mix” circus. I think Dill was in the beginning ba silent partner. It was a very nice overland show with top drawer circus acts. Mix had been a feature on the Zack Terrel-Sels Floto Circus in previous seasons. Dill was a fine circus exacutive having previously managed the John Robinson Circus.
