This photo has to be a circus arena in Europe as I do not know of any circus arena like this in the USA. I need help on this photo as well. I hope someone can ID this circus arena.

This building was the “Gallery des machines” built for the Universal Exposition in Paris in 1889. From November 30th 1901 to March 16 1902, Barnum and bailey Circus performed in this building, which was demolished in 1910.
