They not only were in the movies but also performed at fairs, theatrical dates and many personnel appearances. It was very important to promote yourself with the public and these guys wasted no time. The kids loved them! This photo was autographed by them to the Royal Rockets skating act. I just spoke with Dorothy Carson of the Royal Rockets today. She is 86 and as she put it ,”I am in the Pink”. Her brother John Carson had his ninety first birthday a few month ago. My family and I had the pleasure of working the Carson’s on the Siebrand Bros Circus in the late 1950’s. The Royal Rockets did a show 2-15- 1948? with the Three Stooges.
