The Great Fussner

This rigging was over 70 feet high and took several hours to erect. Photo 1939. This photo is one of many I have from the Carson collection. The Carson’s were known as “The Royal Rockets,”a well known skating act back in the 1930’s 40′,and 50’s.

THE GREAT FUSSNER WILL FUSSNER WAS MY FATHER AND I WAS REAL YOUNG WHEN MY FATHER WAS DOING THE ACT AND WOULD LIKE TO LEARN ALL I CAN ABOUT MY FATHER
I have a photo of the Great Fussner from 1938 at Geauga Lake in Ohio. If anyone wsnts me to scan it I will. My great grandfather had the Hollywood Lion Motordrome there as well.
