I remember this – maybe not this particular town, but definitely this part of your act. Love it! Sometimes these days seem like only yesterday instead of so many years ago, especially when looking at a photo like this one. I seem to remember your suit was light blue. Am I right?
Hey guys these pics sure do raise the memories. I have one about Ted Dewayne that I still laugh about. We were doing one of those 4th of july shows LA coliseum with a pretty full house and besides our acrobatic acts Ted was working his chimp(which I think you and your dad had something to do with) and I was out next to the ring which was miles from the audience. Ted did a “thread the needle” trick which was hard to see and I was standing very close. He held the needle up in the air and the thread and had us all howling as he went thru all the motions while talking about it to us out there. Ted had a great sense of humor and that is just one story I could tell about this great showman.
