From left to right……. Gil Gray, Ernest Borgnine, Lou Jacobs, and the fourth person I believe is Chappie Fox. They were celebrating the Old Milwaukee 4th of July parade, one hundred year anniversary. The year of this photo was 1970.

While Dad was a regular visitor for these events in Wisconsin on this occasion he was asked to play the part of B.T Barnum….so he is decked out in attire appropriate to the time and was a part of the parade riding in a carrage.
Yes – the gentleman on the right is indeed author and historian Chappie Fox.
