Frank Philips

I met Frank only one time. He came to visit Wally Ross at Pacific Ocean Park, Santa Monica, Calif, the summer of 1956. Dad and I were working the chimp act. While we were there Wally taught me how to work with the Dolphins in the Sea Circus. It indeed was a experience I will never forget. Nolly Tate and his wife Polly clowned.
