Clyde Beatty

This was a publicity shot for Clyde Beatty’s appearance with Ringling Bros, Barnum & Bailey Circus in 1932. He only appeared just for the New York Madison Square Garden date. After his engagement he would return to Hagenbeck & Wallace Show. Beatty appeared two more times with R B,B and B 1933, 1934. As time went on his name in the program got smaller. That was not to his liking hence 1934 was his last performance. He wanted top billing or goodbye.
