Douglas, AZ.

Douglas , Arizona. It was close to the border and in those years of the 1950’s it was alot of fun to visit old Mexico. Douglas was known for its copper mining and was quite active in the 1940’s. Auga Praeta Mexico was just a mile or so from the lot and made it easy for our Mexican neighbors to visit the circus.
Check out the comment, I still think it is Douglas, AZ.

This photo is great, but it is not Douglas, Arizona. This is Tucson Arizona and the background mountains are “A” Mountain (Sentinel Peak) and Tumamock Hill.
