When I was in the first grade (1952) my class walked to see the King Bros circus parade. They had a hippo! What a thrill as my dad took me to the circus that night. Now I am age 65 and still chasing circus memories and trying to find that hippo. Saw Clyde Beatty and met Hoxie Tucker along the way along with some really neat circus folks. Thanks for the memories till I see you all down the road.
