Trudy and Bill Strong both doing toe hangs as the airplane rigging revolves in a circle. I wonder how they controlled the circular motion of the airplane?

Even though it was a model of the saber jet it had a propeller on the front. Trudy controlled the speed with a rheostat,(I had to look that one up), in the cockpit, it looked like the old fashioned elevator control. I could also adjust the brushes on the prop motor to increase or decrease the speed capablity.
