Mary Jo at a very young age started to learn the tight wire and unicycle. As time went on she became one fine performer. In the beginning most of what she learned was self taught by watching others. Many circus performers gave her tips and she listened with eager enthusiasm. Photo taken in her home back yard practicing and to get a publicity shot, 1963.
