It took hours to glean this photo from its negative. This photo of Sells Bros was shot in 1882. The show was making ready for there circus parade. A friend of mine who is a photographer saved the nitrate negative with some sort of a chemical process. He said that he would help me with the other negatives that I have.

Back yard photo of Tom Mix. The man next to him is unknown to me. Photo taken on the Sells Floto circus. The period is 1929-1931.

Tom Mix sets with his friend Fred Legett Selle Floto circus. I think this was the season of 1930? The original photo is from the Gordon Jones collection. The negative of this photo is in the collection of Joe S. Rettinger. So it is written on the back of this photo that is now part of my collection.
