The Ringling show spec 1958. The clown in the Howdah, his name is unknown to me.
Bob Momyer…… recognize the clown to be Albert “Flo” White. Thank you for that information.

The clown in question is Albert “Flo” White
This one is Albert White, nicknamed “Flo” and sometimes “Flossie.” He did not like being up this high, but he drew the duty and performed like a trouper.
