J.E. Henry Circus

In the fall of 1975 I took Henry Bros Circus back out on the road. Then in June of 1976 Henry Bros was showing with Capell Bros at Legend City Amusement Park in Tempe , AZ. In 1978 I took the show back out on the road for a 8 month tour, which was quite successful. Then returned to Legend City. I put the show in the barn Nov. 1979. The 1905 and 1906 route of course is my grandfather.

I am looking for a little history about the origin and use of route cards. With enough info I would like to do an article for a historical society. Any guidance on direction would be appreciated. As I learn more I can be more specific. Thank you in advance Ron S.
