J. E. Henry Circus

Here is a photo that I never knew existed, but thanks to Bob Cline I now have another photo of the J.E. Henry Circus. I called Bob Cline upon receiving this photo and gave him my profound thanks. We discussed the name change…… notice the blankets on the horses.” The Great Henry’s Show”. On all the other photos that I have ” Henry Bros Big Show” is used. I think this photo may have been taken in 1927 0r 1928, showing Texas or Oklahoma. The reason why I think this, for parades the band always was presented sitting on top of the elephant in a Howdah. However J.E. was known for changing his image and name to give a new and fresh look.
