The master teamster. In this photo he is driving forty horse, They were four abreast and ten ahead up. The band wagons name is “Two Hemispheres”. There were times when Jake could not see his lead horses while turning a corner.

My family had this photo framed and hanging in our house for quite some time. I think the glass finally broke during a move so it ended up in my scrapbook instead of on the wall.
Incidentally, that’s Jake’s handwriting on the bottom of the picture.
