Thanks Bob for your comment. You are right, this photo is hand tinted. Before color film was invented many professional pictures were hand painted after there development. Mamie Ward. Sells Floto circus. I notice in some of her photos her name is spelled with a Y. I have no idea what way is correct. I am going by her granddaughters spelling.
