Mingo was truly a fine circus clown. He came from the old school, he always was a part of clown alley and for those who worked with him would say….. he was reliable no matter the clown gag. The last time I saw Mingo was on the Tommy Bentley circus in 1984?

This is Charles Clancy as The Phantom. Years later he became Tommy Bentley’s friend and partner and they together formed Bentley Bros Circus. 1977 to 1999. Clancy now lives in Florida.
