These are two of the clowns Terrell Jacobs had on his circus in 1950 or as late as 1952. The names of these two performers is unknown to me.

George Hartzell is on the passenger side of the car. The other clown members names are unknown to me. Photo was taken on the Ringling show in the late 1920’s or early 30’s….. actual year unknown to me.
