The act that set the benchmark for all other flying trapeze aerialists. Not only were they superb performers but they were exceptionally beautiful on the ground and in the air. The Codona Family originated in Mexico, their father was a circus performer and taught his children how to fly.

Photo was taken in 1938. Both of these gentlemen were icons in the show business industry. Frank Buck and John Ringling North set the benchmark for circuses.

In 1938 the union struck against Ringling Bros. in Scranton PA. Ringling then moved their acts to Al G. Barns and Sells Floto shows. These titles they owned when John Ringling bought the American Circus Corporation in 1928. Pretty smart.
