In 1983 I was producer director for the National Date Festival Fair, Indio Calif. I hied Ricky and his band to head line the last weekend of the fair. He did a splendid show. Of cores Ricky and I spoke of the days when he and his brother Dave were in Del’s flying act. He said that he kind of missed it because of the fun of being a circus performer. I never saw Ricky again.

I am sure that as soon as Diana could walk she was practicing for the act. I am also sure that he made it fun to learn. Thats the way Don was.
