When I look at these old programs and letters the memories flood back and most certainly the friends that I worked with. Many of those dear ones are longer with us. Oh how I miss the old days!

Roger Smith wrote a note on the right side. Your note brings back memories of Smokey Jones. I bought a whip from him while he was visiting the show. Smokey was one of a kind and one fine elephant trainer.

This man and wife team were outstanding performers and the nicest couple that you would ever want to meet. I have not seen them in years. I trust they are doing well.

I believe this was the program for late 1968. Charlie took out a smaller show in the fall.

We spent two seasons with Germaine and he treated us like gold, as he did everyone on the show. He was a good man to work for.

Beverly Allen worked part time in Charlie Germaine’s office. Also she and her husband Charlie Allen had their bear act on the show.
Nice people to be around.
