The Tex Ortons

Tex and his family were on the 101 Wild West Show & Circus combined. 1945. We were on the show at that time also. Jimmy Wood was the owner. It was a revised version of the original 101 in the early 1900’s. I am guessing it was on the road in 1908. If you go on categories 101 Wild West Show there are many photos of the 101.
Knife Throwing Act

I would guess that this act was featured on one of the Wild West type shows. The date most likely late 1800’s or early 1900’s. Their names are unknown to me.

I have posted the Gollmar Circus Band 1907, again because of this post card that I found. It is such great circus history. I am quite proud to have it in The Circus Blog.
All thanks given to Chuck Finley for the card and photo.
