The back ground of the date trees tells me this photo could have been shot in Indio, California at the National Date Festival. Guiding an ostrich is not an easy task. A house broom is needed. By placing the broom along side the head you can turn the Ostrich in the direction you wish to go……. […]

This mule was trained to buck on que no flank strap were needed. Most of the people that tried their hand at staying on this mule were volunteers from the audience.

The Beverly Hillbillies were always looking for animal talent for their television shows. Animal people got a lot of work…..including Henry’s Chimps.
