Clifford Henry And David Knupp Jr.
Posted By thecircusblog on February 2, 2009
This photo was taken in the late 60′. The young boy with my Dad is Dave Knupp Jr. Dad was semi-retired and did a lot of visiting different shows and performers. I never knew of my Dad having an enemy. He was always lending a helping hand to someone. He was also an expert at repairing just about anything. I remember many times hearing “Hey Cliff, could you take a look at this for me?” May God bless him, I learned so very much from him.

Dave Kunpp and Del Graham washing out tights. Dave was the catcher in Del”s flying act known as The Flying Vienna’s. This photo was taken in the early 60’s in Australia. Dave was a power house catcher and when he was in the catch trap, he never blew a trick. Great friend for years. He came from Hannibal, MO and often talked about his Pappy’s corn whiskey.
