Little John

get-attachment.7This is John Strong Jr. I am guessing his age to be around two and a half years old. Learning how to ride an elephant at this age for a circus kid is perfectly normal.

get-attachment.6A great photo of John Strong Jr and his wife with a friend in front of his sideshow. They are holding an albino boa constrictor. I spoke with John a few days ago. He is doing some fantastic things with his different shows.

J S ElelphantThe elephant here is a prop. I have to admit I had to look twice before I noticed it wasn’t real.

R.B.B.& B

Posted By on December 29, 2012

This wagon originally was “The War Chariot of India” owned by P.T. Barnum 1881.  R.B.B.&B refurbished it by removing the first 8 presidents of United States photos that were in line on top of wagon. Original can be seen on P.T. Barnum part 1 # 3, just scroll back next page.

I want to thank Bob Cline for sending me this photo.
