Mack McDermitt is in the center of this photo. I wish I had a picture of his act… it consisted of all German Shepherds. They were well trained stunning to watch. There are very few if any other German Shepherd acts in the business.

In the mid 80’s, I was producing community fairs for Larry Davis. By accident this photo was triple exposed, but he liked it so much he aske me to use it in advertising. The name of the ride is “Wave Swinger”.

The motion picture Charo was on location near Apache Junction in 1968. I went to visit a friend who was an extra, and I met Ron Nix and Elvis Presley. I originally met Elvis while playing Las Vegas. Elvis was at the Hilton I was at the Stardust.

National Date Festival 1982. I produced a tractor pull as a one day event at the festival. The contestents keep teasing me that I should get a tractor and enter the pull. I could’t get a tractor, so I promoted a tank from the National Guard….guess who won the event.
