Al not only worked in the circus, he also did vaudeville and night club work. After he married Bertha Henry, his main interest was the circus and of course it was Henry Bros.

Harry began working in vaudeville with a hand balancing chair and table act. It wasn’t until later that he started doing the same act only as a clown. Rita performing a back bend. Toni Madison had the only performing chihuahuas in the business at that time. My Mother used the stag name Toni Madison because there were to many Henry’s with dog act’s and the booking agents were always confused about who and what dog act they wanted.
